1. Equipment Performance
Tabber&Stringer SGT1000 adopts IR soldering method, servo motor driving and Industrial CCD positioning&detection for defective solar cell excluding automatically. The soldering effect, such as cell spacing, cell numbers of single string, soldering temperatures and etc, can be adjusted according to requirements. SGT1000 can be integrated with automatic layup machine to achieve the composing and locating of solar cell strings on tempered glass.
2. Equipment Advance
2.1 Applicable for IBC cell .
2.2 Professional soldering technology .
2.3 Supportive for full cell &half cell size soldering .cell size is 158.75 or 166 mm.
The equipment install the standard 158.75 *158.75 - IBC 2x6BB-1/2 cell boxes and with 1.0x0.25mm ribbon correction mechanism.
2.4 Exchange time less than 150mins for change different cell system(158.75 to 166mm), including 30-60mins for changing tools and 30-60mins for tuning and calibrating.
2.5 Four pecs half cell/Three pecs full cell unloading basket to avoid working interruption and only
one paper collection box (The supporting production parts with full cell will be shipping with the machine)
2.6 Ribbon extruding in advance before soldering
2.7 Pre-heating before soldering to avoid cell deformation efficiently
2.8 Applicable for Solar cells thicker than 160um ,max thickness 300um.
2.9 Adjustable for Ribbon soldering spacing

2.11 Solar cell soldering numbers per string can be set by PC
2.12 Adjustable for Solar cell spacing -2~ 5mm, normally 1~5mm

2.15 Remote assistance by Internet，the factory provides the network connection.
2.16 No pre-heating required for Ribbon before soldering
2.17 No specialized engineer required for maintenance ,but engineers must be trained and qualified.
3. Equipment Hardware Specification
3.1 Machine body
The Solar cell district and Soldering district are totally enclosed on machine body. The solar string unloading basket can be integrated with automatic layup machine.
The equipment adopts PLC control mode, with servo motor driving and multiply alarm system for safety guarding.
