All-in-one framing machine

Introduction of main functions

1. This machine is a special framing equipment for aluminum alloy rectangular frames, which can complete online framing on the production line and is suitable for end faces of various profiles.

2. The machine adopts a steel structure. The positioning of moving parts such as servo and slider is accurate; the frame is stable and not easy to deform, ensuring that the module area is a rectangle.

3. Suitable for the modules with the following specifications: long side (1700-2600mm) and short side (990-1450mm).

4. Frame specifications: The long side of the frame is compatible with the frame range of 1700-2600 mm.
The short side of the frame is compatible with the frame range of 990-1450 mm.
Framing height is compatible with the frame range of 25-40mm and with the frames without C surface or film.

5. There should be no glue overflowing on the glass surface, and there must have glue of 5mm when a piece of paper is inserted into the profile with glass surface. The glue on the backsheet is uniform; glue lines are level; there is no burr, broken glue and curled edges.
Glue shortage and overflow ratio ≤5%

6. The dimension difference between opposite sides: ≤2mm; the difference between the diagonal dimensions: ≤3mm; the height misalignment: <0.3mm (excluding the defects caused by the frame); the gap of the frame with a long side and a short side: <0.3mm.

7. The machine is driven by servo and ball screw and meets the requirements of profile interference fit.

8. Framing is done by using a precise center positioning mechanism to ensure that the center of the module (glass) coincides with the center of the profile frame, and that the four sides are parallel to the ones of the profile frame. The positioning accuracy is required to be ±0.5mm. The long-side frame has a positioning mechanism, and the frame assembly platform has a four-side alignment mechanism.

9. (1)Framing is done by using a precise center positioning mechanism to ensure that the center of the module (glass) coincides with the center of the profile frame, and that the four sides are parallel to the ones of the profile frame. The positioning accuracy is required to be ±0.5mm. The long-side frame has a positioning mechanism, and the frame assembly platform has a four-side alignment mechanism.
(2) The framing arms are evenly distributed in each section of the profile to ensure that the profile is uniformly stressed and the levelness is less than or equal to 1mm.
(3) The profiles shall be firmly fixed, and no displacement or bending occurs during framing.
(4) A trace-free sucking disc is used to make the module level in the framing machine without leaving any traces on the module. The machine is also equipped with a vacuum pressure sensor, which alarms when the vacuum value is less than the set value, and has the function of vacuum breaking pressure detection.
(5) The maximum distance between module sucking disc platform and the module frame/corner is ≤3cm. The position of the suction cup platform can be adjusted to ensure that module levelness is consistent during suction.
(6) Compatible with the module warpage of -2mm- +7mm (for conventional modules).
(7) Different fixtures and spare parts are provided for switching different types of modules.
(8) Rate of module explosion caused by the framing machine <1/10,0000.
(9) The framing frame table is smooth, wear-resistant and burr-free.
(10) When film-free frames are being produced, ensure that the frames have no scratches.
(11) An anti-drop function is designed for the frame hooking cylinder and other mechanisms.
(12) Compatible with the modules for which a junction box has been installed, and mechanical grippers and other mechanisms do not squeeze the junction box.
(13) The long-side lead screw is equipped with a dust cover.
(14) The gluing machine and framing machine can work independently without interference.

10. The whole machine is protected in case of power outage and air supply interruption.

11. The equipment is fully automatically controlled without human interference during its operation.

12. The operation and programming interfaces are simple and easy to use.
